Exchanged messages with one of the co-founders who’s in charge of sales and he’d been very patient and polite in addressing my concerns about one of the dedicated plans. Though I eventually went with a managed hybrid server, I’d love to have a dedicated server with them.
It all began when I started learning and messing around with cPanel / WHM. I asked tons of questions (like 30 of them across 2 weeks?) by submitting support tickets to their crew. I was amazed how fast they responded to them every time. Exactly, every time. Not a single time that the turnaround exceeded 15 minutes, just as they had promised. I kept playing around with the hybrid server for 3 weeks, 5 – 10 hours everyday and not a single down time nor the slightest signs of slowness have been identified.
I ordered RVSkin initially but later decided to get rid of it and asked the support team if they could cancel it on the next billing cycle. They did it quickly and neatly.
Unfortunately I had to sign off the contract with them because a change of my teams’ plans – the project intended to be hosted with WiredTree is called off indefinitely. But we are sure we will go with them for hosting when our next project rolls out. They were very quick and understanding in the whole signing off process and asked me if I wanted to cancel it now or should they schedule the cancellation at the end of the month and I said it’s ok to cancel them now as that would free up the resources for them.
To sum up, though I’ve only been with them for a month, I’m extremely pleased with the server and the support – not just the support, but the overall attitude in handling the clients.
